Dear Jesus Friends,
Where does a radical Jesus revolution start? In our hearts. Today the Lord spoke these words to me, "You will never be alone when the Lamb's on your throne." In real-life daily struggles and needs... this Lamb inside of us is our revolution, our radical change. But how do I get Him not just in my heart but ON ITS THRONE? I must crown Him. With just one thought surrendered to His Lamb Nature that rejects demanding my rights... He is crowned in me and His Life flows and His Kingdom comes. He fills the temple (us) with God's Glory when I choose to crown Him as MY Lord, in my heart bowing before Him as dead so that He can Live. Each precious opportunity to lose myself in Him and let His love win over hardness and self... and the marriage feast of the Lamb starts flowing. I find it amazing that with such small inward and unseen heart choices to love Him more than myself... and the dead things in me come back into Life. It can be easy to look at a day with all its challenges and just pray to make it through... but He deserves so much more than that. He deserves our hearts and our bodies, and most of all our love. In our weakness, failures, and lack... we can escape self and its hold on our hearts and just run into Jesus and let Him be our everything... our KING OF KINGS.
Well friends, it seems as if not only here, but everywhere the Spirit of the Living God is on the move! I can personally testify to this, as I can barely keep up with His flow and excitement right now (that is why this newsletter is so late). There is a renaissance of His Life coming, and from deep within us all He is rising... the real JESUS living through His Body. The Lord has Fire Ministries very much involved in serving with the younger generation from the children to the young adults. We have heard from the Lord this year to do our evangelism here in Texas. We are praying, fundraising, crying out, and preparing our hearts to SHARE HIS LIFE with this generation. We will have a fundraiser on April 1st and you are invited to join us on Zoom! (More information at the bottom portion of this Enewsletter.) We will be doing a Vacation Bible School the end of June that will include children and young adults as helpers to bring the Lord and share His Life with the other children. There are other forms of outreach that are still in the formative stages as we seek to hear from the Lord fully. PLEASE PRAY for this generation to know the Lamb of God as their Life and Nature in real ways. May our hearts be ON FIRE for God's desire for this generation as we intercede for His precious harvest of Christ in them.
It will soon be Saint Patrick's Day, and so I will take this opportunity to announce that Fire Ministries is bringing a small team to Ireland mid-July for a Retreat/Conference time. What a privilege to continue to be so closely joined in the bonds of Christ with those precious Irish saints!!
It may sound like we are crazy busy, and we are... but it is not the "busy-ness" of just doing a lot of stuff. I believe the Lord Himself is fueling these areas with His Life and may HE BE GLORIFIED through His Son in His many-membered Body through it all.
